Fraud is not a political subject and has nothing to do with any sides of isles. It has to be caught and fixed. Nothing to debate. The Somali gang scheme was enabled by the Democratic leadership of Minnesota: Gov Waltz, Mayor Frey and State AG Keith Ellison. When the government whistleblowers appeared on the scene and informed MN state leadership about the vast fraud against MN state agencies - both Waltz and Ellison departments retaliated against the whistleblower in order to cover up the fraud. None of that is in dispute, as there are affidavits and congressional testimony to the retaliation. Not to mention the kickbacks to Ellison & Waltz re-election campaigns. Unfortunately for you 85% of the fraudsters are Somalis - already arrested and under indictment. Which is perplexing given the vast $$ they are concealing while 85% of the Somali community are on welfare. It's all political. Won't be a good day when Walz resigns and is indicted. Many of the whistleblowers are now under Federal protection from retaliation by Walz and Ellison. It's only the largest welfare fraud in US history. Prosecutions: By mid-January 2026, federal prosecutors reported that 92 individuals had been charged in connection with broader state fraud schemes, with 82 of those being Somali American.
