FRPH as well sub $54. The right types of assets, balance sheet, and management for my temperament. Second only to BRK in size for me.

Can we have a CoB meet up for FRPH next fall in DC. Free baseball game, free property tour, and there are lots of beer gardens

You had me at "free." And "baseball." And "beer." I would actually like to make a meet up in DC work.

Just let FRPH overtake it (via addition)

Think COBF bout to own a decent chunk of this float.

May just as well have a CoB rager at the Navy Yard next fall

Bakers above the Buff Dog!  Wow!

Stelco, Suncor and a smaller amount of RFP.

Oil looks very interesting. I was listening to an analyst from JPM. He said very little new investment will be going into oil moving forward. The investors who are left in oil and gas are VERY RETURN FOCUSSED. And they want a high return on their investment. So we should see growing demand as the world learns to live with covid and limited new supply coming on stream. $100 oil in 2022 is not a crazy high number.

Added a bit to various positions - SWMAY, VNT, PSMT, PINS.

Spek, out of curiosity checked your picks and VNT got me to read more about it.

I did some limited reading. Are you looking at it as short term thing with multiple rebound from low PE?

As a long term hold, there might be some concerns about their revenue lines plus some 3x debt, which will limit what they could do over the next 2-3 years? DBR acquisition was not cheap. Also Danaher spins-off below average businesses to what they keep, I guess Fortive did the same. Once the multiple is up, there would be less reasons to hold.

Started to buy more serious UNG put positions. Trash security in an overextended natural gas market. I'm also using the cover of the economist as my "do the opposite" proxy.

Selling my puts. Accidental multi-bagger.
