Going forward, the company guided to $1B of revenue in acquisitions per year for the next 3 yrs. Their stated goal is to acquire 3% ebitda margin business at 5x EV/EBITDA multiple, that's a P/S=0.15 and hence $150M M&A dollars per year. Based on their cash on hand ($120M real-time by my estimate) and FCF (C$130M for 2022 by my estimate), company should be able to self fund without further dilution. Edited April 24, 2022 by gokou3

It looked for a minute like the big sellers had been alleviated when we got back over $12. You could see the stock trading normal again. Friday too had a bid all day near $12. Today there was as much stock as one wanted at the ask all day long. From talking to a few folks its really just exhaustion from Harding's paint dry strategy right now. Its a little concerning to me that with all the stuff happening over the next two years, they dont have the confidence to at least even authorize a buyback. But whatever. Ive got all day so it works for me.
fareastwarriors Posted April 25, 2022 Posted April 25, 2022 (edited) More PCYO and MSGE and picked up some BAC under 36 (forgot I had an outstanding buy order lol). legacy holding from the post GFC days. Edited April 25, 2022 by fareastwarriors

Imagine what a dumpster fire that’s gonna be if the big tech stuff all the value bros have been buying fall flat on earnings next week? Rolled a portion of these down to the $300 strike and out to June. Net reduction in cash attached to the position.

Agrippa07 Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 added to FB and NFLIX, and added a bit to KWEB(yesterday) and Naspers (Friday last)
aws Posted April 26, 2022 Posted April 26, 2022 UNTCW - $63.74 strike warrants expiring in 5 years on a stock trading at $58. Black-Scholes should price this in the $20s I would think, but they are trading for $6 on the high side down to a penny on the low side. I think they just became tradable today after a two year long bankruptcy and people are just taking what they can get for them.
