Its a mediocre version of Rollins. Great business thats got a lot of room to improve operationally. Thinks its bound to either get it together or likely gets bought, probably by Rollins.

I guess cheaper than it has been since 2015-16 of a FCF basis. I was looking at the current PE of around 20 where it usually trades in the mid 30s.

Yeah seems pretty cheap versus self. I had to swallow hard and pay up a bit.
