It's been a while since we last talked about jerky feathered creatures - I think this parrot tops @rkbabangs chicken Ofelia!  -I'm not totally sure what's it's saying, but doesen't it sound like a quarrel between the female owner and the parrot about the Russian-Ukranian war, the parrot going totally over board?

Not technically a joke, but I always found the story of Harry Bottle to be hilarious.

My grandma had an Ara bird who she kept on the balcony in summer. He would hurled insults at passerby’s, all of them in Berliner Slang. She had no clue for along time, her boyfriend thought those words to him, not herself.

This does not pass the smell test.  USSS PPD does not have a large pool of unqualified and incompetent agents to deploy for harassment purposes.  also: if teams of agents thought they were being deployed en mass as part of a trolling effort due to their total incompetence, they would quit and/or revolt.
