Saluki Posted February 23 Posted February 23 Got a little Coupang assigned from an option I wrote. Might get more and just sit on them for 30 days and sell some higher basis shares.
landstander Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Added to BRSL after what I think are strong earnings.

Its one of the cheapest software companies at a P/E of 11, especially since they are still growing while paying a 4% dividend. This is also a dividend aristrocrat, which there are not many in the EU. Insiders are also buying, so it was not a hard decision for me. Listen to the conference call from yesterday, they adressed all threats.

frommi Posted February 26 Posted February 26 And since the blackout period just ended i am pretty sure there will be more buying the next 1-2 days, at least i would be surprised if thats not the case.
frommi Posted February 26 Posted February 26 And a more stupid trade, bought SPY and QQQ puts to cover my portfolio for the next 2 months. Maybe this is the year of the put. Reduced my NCAV portfolio to have the money for all the trades, the quality, return and discount has degraded over the last 1-2 years.
Saluki Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Picked up a few shares of VRRM to keep it on my radar so I see it when I log in. Small nibbles on a few small very small positions like ZETA, and DOCS to dollar cost average some down positions slowly over time. I got a very small bid on a resting bid for an illiquid nano cap that I have a position in (TBTC). It's frustrating because Schwab charges me $6.95 whether I get fill for 10 shares or a thousand, so a small fill is costing me a lot percentage wise, and it's annoying to get a trade alert in my email, smile then log in and get annoyed.

moatrep Posted February 26 Posted February 26 (edited) F&g annuaties, 30% bellow what insiders paid, 0.70 price to book value, growing assets under management nicely, growing book value. Fidelity even took some shares at $33. Eps around 3-4 and it's sitting at $23.6, 52 weeks low is $22.43. 5 years low 15$, but with a lower p/book ratio (2022 equity: 2.4b, vs todays equity 4b). A series of companies with insiders buying and at reasonable prices, I add 0.5% on each: Pools corp, UNH, WKL Edited February 26 by moatrep
