I'm guessing they are Punjabi or Sikh...they use a ton of milk to make an Indian cheese called paneer.  Not uncommon to see the same thing in Costcos in Vancouver or Bellingham.  They also freeze the milk and use it over time when it's priced cheaply.  Cheers!

I've read some comments and discussion about promises under the recent Presidential US election lately here on CofB&F.

 

Which reminded me of, 30 years ago, we had a Danish comedian, called Jakob Haugaard [still alive and kicking] , who, back then - as a joke - did run for our national Danish lesgislative body, called 'Folketinget'. and actually got elected!

For some of the points, one has to be Dane with local knowledge, to understand, but I think you all get the picture.

It's a human built-in psychological survival techniqe, plain and simple, because getting old really sucks, if one is not at good health.
