@Castanza I think we're relatively on the same page.

 

On the threat of doxxing (and subsequent violence), I don't know whether it has become more prevalent, or not. Doxxing itself I am not so concerned about - law enforcement is required to identify themselves, the names of judges and prosecutors are publicly available...the real risk is whether criminals are taking that information and then targeting those people's homes and families. 

 

Maybe it is much more prevalent today than 3 years ago, and is just not being reported at all or being held close to the vest. I can't find any mention of incidents in the media, and I can't find any disclosures from the government about it. 

 

I imagine that if it were a prevalent issue, this administration would use it as justification to give more power to ICE/DHS and other law enforcement, but I could be wrong in that assumption.

Financial harm was done - we just can't say who it was done to. Somebody in the year Trump received the loan suffered financial arm assuming DB's lending capacity wasn't infinite that year and the wider credit systems lending capacity wasn't infinite.

 

Its impossible for a victim to complain in these types of cases......as they dont know they are victim.....its why systemic integrity is so important in fungible credit systems......base layer disclosure integrity matters.....lots of cases in life where cheating the 'system' has no direct counterparty victims.

The case was a blatant overreach into the past - politically motivated it turned out to be counterproductive.....Trump has maybe only 5-10% of his political base....this 5% puts him 'over the top' when you stack it on top of ride or die GOP voters.....the Dems forgot the Presidential math and just how thin it is......voters who hate the current system, traditional politicians....wanted an outsider....an anti-elite candidate....Trump already had the bonafides.....when the system went after him further post his Presidency to stop him going for or winning a second term.....they activated 2-3% of the population that put Trump over the top in the General (shitty candidates in a senile Joe Biden & then a manufactured unnatarual polticitian in Harris didn't help either). The Dems lost the Presidency as much Trump won it.

Of course I find the others more interesting, but we've pretty much run the gamut on information about them, and there really isn't anything illuminating in the thousands of pages released.  

 

But Epstein...don't you want to know which politicians, celebrities, etc...doesn't matter which party or side...who his client base was?  The question really is why is anyone so hesitant to release that information?

No!  Epstein was a scumbag.  He managed to befriend a lot of well known people, including Leslie Wexner (Limited), Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, and yes, Trump.  I seriously doubt (and don't care) that there may be a list of his so-called compatriots.  In any event, it appears that some effort is being made to have the only person alive who may have extensive knowledge  - Ghiseline Maxwell - come forward and share what she knows.  Anyone think she would be willing to do so without a get-out-of-jail-free card?  Personally, I'd rather see her rot in jail.

What can't be bought are the files.  Why would he not released them as promised if it upheld his claims or if there's nothing there?  The longer it goes on and the more he distracts and avoids, the worse it looks!

Theres and even simpler way to verify it.  Release the files exactly as promised. Instead of leaving it up to people to guess at how connected you were with a convicted pedophile, if there's nothing incriminating, release them!

This type of bullshit “gotcha” attempt really doesn’t even deserve a response but I will anyways. I’m not assuming anything. I currently live in my hometown which is a small city by most standards. 90% of the contractors here are local families that have been doing it for generations. I know the owners of the company I hired and probably rub shoulders with half of the crew that installed the roof throughout the week. They’re about as far from illegal immigrant as you can get.

I’m all for bringing in people from all over the world. But I’m not for bringing in immigrants for the soul purpose of using them to get cheaper wages and prices on services. America and Americans (all of us) have leeched off many of these markets domestically and abroad (trade partner wise). People only want to lift the covers on those issues so far before they put them back down, swallow their pride and get in line for their discount goods , services and labor. Americans should get accustomed to paying more and perhaps thinking about spending a bit less frivolously. Nothing directed at you personally Charlie, just a view on a societal level opinion.

One more time...if you want a shingle roof anywhere near Lexington NC you will have illegal men doing the work.  Same with framing your home and pouring/finishing concrete.

 

Oh and I did have a metal roof put on my boat garage in 2018 after my neighbor accidentally burned it down.  That was done by a local metal building business that we often coordinate with.  The foreman got to the job early in the morning and said to me, "Not sure who's going to show up today..."  And it got more interesting from there as two showed up in an hour or so, you know the Lilly whites we all trust, without shoes.  LOL, I told the foreman, "I've got shoes that will fit them."  He replies, "No, don't give them shoes...they'll sell them and won't show up for work tomorrow."

Files?  What files?  You have no idea what written documentation exists, if any.  Maybe we should release videos if they exist of all encounters for your entertainment.  Newsflash:  Written materials without knowing who wrote the material, when the material was written, the context of the material, or the authenticity of the material is worth about as much as the TDS many of you share on this board.  On the contrary sworn testimony by the other "participants" in any encounters, verified by a living and breathing human being (G. Maxwell) carries some weight.

The files that Bondi said were sitting on her desk.  The files that Trump promised many times to release.  The files that Trump has been working so hard to avoid releasing.

 

But instead of guessing exactly what's there, just release them as promised. There is a concept called "best evidence".  It is primarily associated with formal legal proceedings but clearly applicable here.  Releasing what a deranged group wants just because they want it is senseless.
