Almost no one disagreed with the Biden mental decline issue.  It's what led to Harris being nominated as the Presidential candidate.  MAGA won't do that with Trump...they don't even want to admit he was best friends with Epstein!  Cheers!

There’s no evidence of decline though. This is the exact sort of dumb stuff trump was saying in his first term. If anything he seems to have learned a lot since his first term, which doesn’t indicate decline.

Seems a lot of whining - that so popular crybaby word comes to mind - about Trump being picked on unfairly.  What political figure isn't picked on massively?

 

The only thing I'm interested in is whether Trump is economics/economically illiterate.   I think he is.  Survivalist supreme?  Oh yeah, but that's his "trick-um, cheat-um, force-um" position and skill.  What's good for him...is it good for his cubs?

 

By the end of the year we will be in the Trump economy and time will tell of this man's genius or not.

Is this a serious comment?  A huge number of press outlets disagreed with Biden's mental decline - The Washington Post, the NYT, the AP, CNN, ABCNews, MSNBC, and on and on.  Did you see the infamous Joe Scarborough rant?  I didn't read it, but wasn't this what the whole Jake Tapper book and tour was about.

 

It was only after the disastrous debate AND it became apparent that the public wasn't buying the "bad night" or "had a cold" excuses and his polling dropped that the outlets turned on Biden.

Really?  Daddy paid for his diploma?  Can't wait to see how you prove that.  C'mon Sanjeev, don't let your ideology and personal feelings alter an otherwise intelligent and productive mindset.  One can hate him or disagree with him but give credit where credit is due.  He was elected twice to the most powerful position in the World and had almost -0- support from the get go.  Call it anything you want but don't call it stupid.

He created a movement from scratch; don't pretend you don't remember.   And don't confuse dialogue with a fan club.  When it comes to politicians, most of us are fans of policy, not people.  People are simply tools to effectuate desirable policies.

So what's the tariff policy youre a fan of?  Whats the goal and how do tariffs achieve that?  And you immediately supported the firing of the BLS chief without cause, reason or evidence.  Thats not policy, that's cult.

As Trump ironically used his macho gravely voice this morning to once again recite how unfair others - a couple of banks this time- have been to him...I stepped back and decided to come up with my own list.  I also thought about his 5,000 plus lawsuits to others of course who have done him wrong - while coming up with my list of who has done me so wrong I need to use my gravely macho voice to cry about it on TV.

 

My list or number as to those "doing me wrong" is: 0

 

Because locally, in a small way, I was born into a privileged setting...much like Trump's multiple times bigger privileged upbringing and setting...

...I do have a list of how I got special treatment that others don't get in my small community.

 

And...DAMN that list if provided might bring down the entire storage capacity of the web!

So CNBC had this interview with the president this morning.  Nobody challenges a single mistake in what they are saying.  They are complaining about the establishment survey but start by showing a chart of the response rate for the Household survey, a completely different set of data.

 

Then they repeat this line that they revised the jobs numbers down by 818k "right after the election" when it actually happened in August 2024 - the election was in November 2024.  

 

The entire narrative and timing is completely wrong but nobody asks a question or corrects it.  It's just taken as fact.
