Sold some MSTR today. Still strong conviction long term when they get STRD, STRK and STRF to a larger scale but until then I believe the smaller copy cats will provide much better returns. So made cash available for those.

Reduced DFIN and NTDOY being my larger positions and have had a decent run of late, to free up some cash.

Trimmed $ZS a bit in my taxable accounts -~3 bagger. I sold my shares in my tax deferred account too early.

 

Sold SUI for a small profit. I think I am going to put proceeds into $ELS or more $MAA

Just to clarify, you were long the calls and you exited?

 

I read that initially as selling Macy calls and I thought ‘that’s risky’.

Sold SEB today. Turned out ok because I averaged down, but nothing to brag about.

Odet was in my coffee can too. I got restless because I'm 100% invested and needed cash for other investments. I should have maybe sold 50% and kept it instead of 100% as it was up almost 100%.

Trimmed a little STNG after it popped 10% today. Trimmed a little FRPH which I lost faith in but thought it was too cheap to sell.
