Added to GTLB yesterday. the company met or slightly exceeded earnings but it wasn’t enough apparently. Still 25% topline growth is not bad and profit metrics are improving.

I don’t think appointing a CFO with Stitchfix credentials have helped the stock either. 😬

I think GTLB is the most misunderstood stock in broader tech right now. Will start a thread on it soon, the bear case is actually bullish.

Started positions in AJG, UNF, and CHD over the last week.

Took another look at AJG, and decided to pull the trigger. Listened to the latest Q of all the big brokers and just came away impressed with the Gallagher guys.

UNF hoping the activist can make some change.

We should start a thread. What about OPEX and S&M being such high ratios of revenue (i read this in an article but havent dug in myself, YET).  It is impressive YoY Growth on revenue consistently. But man they are burning that cash...

Why CHD?  Effectively no volume growth, and trading at 22x 2026 EPS.  So what am I missing?  Thank you.

I I don’t expect exciting returns, but they are projecting 8% eps growth and 1.5% dividend you get a fairly low risk 9-10% return. they have done pretty well with M&A and I think they are currently underlevered so could be some upside there. Up until the last year relative to the S&P they have had pretty darn good returns.

Adding to Nintendo. Legitimate business momentum with a long runway. Some people object to their $12bn in net cash and see it as anal retentive capital allocation but I see a bank attached to Luigi's hondos.

Pretty easy odd lot tender up right now on TTSH. Shareholders w/ fewer than 3k shares will get cashed out for $6.60 vs current price of $6.46

Should close sometime this month, but no date announced. Already passed shareholder vote and you have the 2 largest shareholders and founding family all in alignment. A Peter Kamin classic playbook for though who follow him (CLWY)

Thanks for this. Is there a website to find merger arb/take private spreads like this?

CHYM -- I think the market is bigger than I initially thought and they are in the best position to win the market. Some competition from Cash App is probably incoming but there should be room for 2 players here. If their lending products really pick up DAVE is at risk

selling 25% of the position

Bought a bit of $ZTS and $TTD last week. I also bought a tiny starter of $BNTX in one account. Added a bit to Elan 6099 for my Japanese basket.

I bought 2999 shares last week, curious to see if it works out as planned.

Yes should get cashed out tonight.

I'm actually curious if one can buy today and get cashed out under the reverse split after the close. I'm not sure how it works with T+1 settlements. Chatgpt wasn't very helpful. Maybe someone knows out there, if so, can pick-up about 5 cents / share right now at 6.55.
