"Masked mobs"?  Exactly, to protect themselves from unhinged and deranged people who have been brainwashed

It’s actually really funny hearing complaints about mask wearing coming from folks who embraced triple masking while performing fellatio on their boyfriends or walking their dogs at the park….

Do you even begin to understand how and why Trump was elected?  It wasn't people like me.  It was the Left and their horrible policies who elected Trump.   The same people who call him a Nazi, orange hair and other childish names.  The same people who pursued one exercise in legal futility after another seeking to destroy him.  A news media that played right along.  All you people who believe Americans are stupid and can't think for themselves.  They made a martyr out of him and are still doing it.  "Masked mobs"?  Exactly, to protect themselves from unhinged and deranged people who have been brainwashed.

I fully understand that. The pendulum always swings to the extreme before it starts to recover to the center. But this time the right is doing everything in its power to destroy the center before it swings the other way.

The center is the silent majority and it can't be destroyed.  What you don't seem to understand is that most of us have the morals and values we were born with.  Its the vulnerable few at both extremes that control the narrative but not the outcome.

The vast majority of violence I have been seeing has come from the masked thugs roaming the streets who have shot and killed two people. People have a right to demonstrate and protest when they believe that government is going against their wishes. I kinda thought there was something in the Constitution about that?

Big deal - so you watch propaganda news in Canada. I can't fix that.  Just like you have NO idea about the murder of Ashli Babbitt that is well known in America.  But you think it was perfectly fine.

No - you missed his point completely - the center has totally moved away from the left.

The voter registration numbers for the Republican Party is off the charts. It's not because of Trump it's because of the LEFT and the pyscho policies like a man can be a women, it's ok to castrate children, men can beat up women in sports.

The center is fleeing the left and not because they love Trump.

Not really going to argue with most of this. The far left are way out in 'left field' in coocoo land while the Right has gone to the extreme the other way.  If things don't get turned back to the center things pretty soon, will not end well.

I thought of it the other way around.   People who refused to wear masks designed to protect the health of the people around them, because it infringed on their freedoms are now wearing masks to hide their identities - which usually means youre doing something the wrong.

You hope.

Its just math.  80/20 issues.  The 20 control the daily narrative and the 80 control the outcome.  The Left hasn't figured it out yet.

A point to ponder.

In 2019 if you walked into a bank with a mask on you would likely end up in jail.

in 2020 if you walked into a bank without a mask on you could end up in jail.

Funny how quickly times can change. Just a passing thought.

Nice to agree on this view for once.

We've seen Europe and the fight to save their cultures. Some countries are turning the tide. Others are fighting to save themselves. I hope France (selfish reasons) and the UK can pull it off.

Macron looks completely checked out, like Tim Walz. He does nothing of value anymore, while his country turns to shit.

The US rejection of the Biden administration was historic. Trump will have served his purpose when he finishes. Until then, he will be THE President that saved the country.

Like Abraham Lincoln, who was widely despised, history will be the judge of the leadership required to save a country.

Yeah, but maybe Trump will get his face on a Bitcoin.

Sanjeev, it only eats away at a few of you here.  How many COBF members are there, and how many have to constantly rant about Trump, each and every day, nonstop?  Looks like only a few of you need nausea medicine while most of us get on with our lives.

Ummmm...pretty sure you post on this thread a hell of a lot more than me!  But again, don't let the facts get in the way.  Cheers!

What does JD Vance have to do with this?  🤣  Cheers!

We don't have to watch propaganda news...your President puts us in the news every other day!  Cheers!

Seems he may have not been quite the gentle , compassionate ICU nurse the mob would like us to believe.  Looks like trouble in paradise... but he still has a constitutional right to carry his firearm.

He has the right to a conceal carry.  That right comes with the responsibility of carrying his id and his conceal carry permit.  He did not have these on his person according to DHS reports.  He was still breaking the law.

Well DHS has lied about everything in this case so far, so that claim has to come with a grain of salt.  Even still, leaving your permit at home doesnt justify getting shot 11 times.   Using that as an excuse is really scraping for justification of the injustifiable.

Yes, this was a false report - the amount of AI generated phony stuff floating around is maddening.

But I certainly agree with your statement. And what kind of a nurse takes a gun to a protest instead of a medical kit.

Yes! The 2nd amendment has a footnote that healthcare workers can't bring guns but should bring medical kits!

And he didn't have his permit on him (which I'm sure they checked for prior to executing him).

Domestic terrorist!

People are reporting that he didnt come to a full and complete stop at a stop sign once.  He deserved what he got then.

Good one. Just saying. You would think a dedicated medical professional would be thinking more about helping his fellow rioters if they got hurt, rather than shooting someone.

I guess I was thinking of that Hippocratic oath, you know that "Do no harm" thing.

Well, I guess the video proves that is exactly what he was doing.

Man I love where this political forum is at! Liberals embracing the 2A and Conservatives embracing big government....what a time to be alive. I'm not sure why everyone is overcomplicating this though...

1. ) It is legal but NOT wise to bring a firearm to a protest (any for that matter) but especially ones that resemble a powder keg. As someone who does carry I would never do this. The odds are not in your favor and the chance of escalation goes way up. You want to be in control, not open yourself up to the irrational judgement decisions of fools.

2.) ICE murdered this guy plain and simple. They did not attempt to deescalate, nor follow any type of standard law enforcement protocol. Law enforcement is to detain and let the courts decide, not issue street justice.

3.) ICE is a good organization on paper that is being wielded as a political tool. Regardless of it's initial mission or intent, it has strayed FAR from those goals and mostly resembles a blunt tool to suppress opposition, strike fear, and bully. Citizens beware....

4.) Congress sucks a its job. The President is unhinged and corrupt as Hell. This is resulting in politicians and organizations of all levels breaking down and blazing their own trails which is leading to more division. Lack of cohesion and structure is not often good long term for democratic republics.

I think any rational person would agree with the above

This is why Trump is awesome. He makes 80% of folks do absolutely crazy, mind blowingly absurd shit. Just a week ago he had folks defending the civil rights of Narco dude Maduro! What will next week bring us?
