The transgender community has crazies too!  But why not restrict firearm purchases and tighten background checks in all states?  That way you stop the crazies in every group from shooting children!  But no one really wants to have that discussion, right?  Cheers!

Nah, no one wants to have it. The gold standard NY Times even buried it almost immediately upon finding out the they/them aspect and today all you’d think has happened is some public servant at the CDC is refusing to stop serving!

You can kill more people in a crowded street with a vehicle.  Should we make it more difficult to obtain a driver's license?  If so, how?  And that is only one example.  Crazy people are crazy with or without firearms.  Just saying.

H1-B and H2-Bare two completely different visas though. There has been a lot of noises around H1-B visas too and some claim, they come from India with fake college degrees etc. If anything g, the H1-B visas should be expanded as they have been on a tight leash  as far as the quotas are concerned .

Just a funny observation, anytime there is a shooting, it’s is a “high powered rifle” (as if there are any low powered rifles) and I was convinced that the media only used that term. 
 

Then when it was reported that the National Gaurd is carrying their sidearms, with a select few carrying “Long guns” I chuckled. 
 

So they do know the difference, but the ended reader reaction dictates the description. 
 

I don’t have the answers. For everyone commenting on why this doesn’t happen other places that have gun restrictions, there are also other countries like Finland that issues guns for national defense and they don’t have the issues either. It’s a mental health issue for sure. I have over 2 dozen guns, I work with guys who have gun rooms, collect and for personal enjoyment who have hundreds and hundreds. My grandfather used to bring a gun to school that day in the back of the classroom because he was going hunting after school, when I was in kindergarten I remember our principle brought his double barrel shotgun to our “dress like a cowboy” day and had it broke over his arm walking around all the kids. I’m not against common sense background checks and closing loopholes, but banning semi automatics doesn’t make any sense to me, a Remington 3400 can arguably get off as many shots and do even more damage than an AR .223

Yeah, don't confuse them with obvious facts. 

 

Believe me, I'm no lover of guns at all, but the city of Chicago has the most restrictive guns laws in the country, with the most gun deaths. So when they catch a guy with a gun, they just take it away and let him go - since most of the crimes are in the black communities.

 

I have a Chicago cop friend that tells me I'm nuts not to be a conceal carry gun owner if I spend anytime in the city.  He says you just need it.

I don’t know about Chicago, but in NY/NJ they more or less refuse to issue carry permits. It’s almost impossible to get one. I asked my buddy in FL what the process was and he said just bring your gun lol. Open carry state. I don’t even care for guns but I found that pretty amusing. These blue states basically assume law abiding citizens are criminals and just don’t let them carry and even in many cases make it a pain in the ass for them to own firearms. But then they let some guy with goofy looking colorful shoes carry around unregistered weapons and when caught its NBD

I personally don't have any answers to that either. I'm not at all sure about what it really is. If you look carefully to the west from Finland, you see Sweden. What is there to say about 'cosy' Sweden? In that particular regard?

 

Absolutely fr*gging crazy stuff going on, from time to time, for at least the last 10 - 15 years there, with guns and young persons, who somehow have lost any kind of compas - morally, or in any other way, going down a absolutely no-go path, totally unacceptable behavior, from a societal point of view, actions by society criminalized, while the person is 'totally away from the window', totally indifferent to any kind of societal punishment by law.

 

I personally think it may perhaps  root much, much deeper, perhaps involving 'the ovarial lottery', perhaps desparate parents who for whatever reason have not succeded in bringing up one or more children, that they likely never should have had in the first place, because of the parents own problems not dealt with appropiately, the society unable to - by experience - to spot it in advance, and intervene, before things gets out totally out of hand.

 

We actually feel it here in Denmark, to the east [Copenhagen], not other places in Denmark, so far : 13 year old Swedish kids taking on contracts to take out [kill], by gunning, likely narco related criminal Danish 'subjects' for i.e. DKK 50,000, ordered by someone other Swedish likewise narco related criminal thug, who have something to settle with the Danish subject. It may appear almost unbelievable, but the Danish Police simply can't make up such totally crazy sh*t.

That's exactly right, Tennessee is the same as Florida. 

 

You can get it in Chicago after a bunch of classes, etc.

 

No problem if you're a criminal - they just take it away and do nothing else, but scream about how gun laws should be tougher.

Americans did it for centuries, so why not now?  Cut the welfare state, and see Americans do these jobs.  As an aside, I know of plenty Americans born in the USA who do construction, hospitality and such jobs as cleaning bathrooms, as well as garbage collection.

So guns for everyone are essential for work, travel, deliveries, public transportation, etc.  Didn't know guns were so universally useful and necessary!
