Looks like I will get assigned some puts I sold on PYPL and IBKR.  I hate trading on margin these days, but I thinking about holding onto a few hundred shares of each and then just sell more short term puts (and maybe some covered calls) so that I can keep slowly using the cash to buy actual shares and sit on them for a while.

I'm trying to rotate out of commodity sh1tcos and special situations into more coffee can compounders, but I don't have anything crappy I want to sell right now.

A couple of my Crox puts that I sold expired ITM, and I have some more that expire in a couple weeks, but I don't mind nibbling slowly on that if I don't get assigned more shares again.

More Tencent. 80% of my overall Tencent is through Prosus. But with the discount closing I'm now buying TenCent directly.

The below blurb was in one of the investor letters. It has made be even more bullish. I don't know how you can even value something like this, basically they will be able to predict with reasonable accuracy and invest in many of the future winners in China.

"WeChat gives Tencent proprietary data on Chinese consumers’ habits and helps it to spot which companies are gaining traction long before everyone else. It is as if Tencent has a Bloomberg terminal, and everyone else uses ticker tape."

Some more $CROX.

CEO continues to say the wrong things, but I'm going to trust it's just dumb corporate speak and he learned his lesson regarding acquisitions.

Just buyback shares and this is an easy double even if some stuff goes wrong - it's that simple.

I just returned from China. Without WeChat, you can’t even order food at restaurants.

Selling short-dated PYPL and CROX puts. Both hedged with puts 30% below SP. Using these proceeds to buy longer-dated PYPL and CROX calls.

Shorted some OTM CROX short term puts just before market close yesterday. Pretty decent premiums on these for a stock I won’t mind owning.

I'm with you guys on Lululemon since this morning at $160 for about 3.5% of my net worth.

Thank you Parsad for bringing up the idea and to everyone who contributed to the thread.

Well, I'm glad you added now, unlike me who started at about $80 higher!  I've been averaging down...bought more this morning.  It's big now even for me.  If it gets cheaper, I'm going to start buying LEAPs.  Under a 10 times P/E...someone will make a 50% premium offer and try and take it out.  Cheers!

Thanks for the lulu mention.  This is a very uniqe company.  One of the few fasion type firms i might invest in.  They do their own thing and the stock will gyrate even without tarriffs but i think they will find a way.

I sold some puts on PYPL and was assigned a bunch on Friday. I'd rather not hold the position with leverage, so I sold some of it today and bought some 2028 Calls on it which just became available.

Nice.  I bought PYPL 2026 Calls earlier this year, but sold as needed some cash & wasn't highest conviction.  But feels like at this price, long-term Calls should work well.

The weakness in $PYPL is a bit perplexing since the last quarterly results were decent and they buy back shares like a real cannibal.

I added a few more shares today. It does seem like the entire Fintech sector is weak

lately, so maybe  $PYPL just moves along here.

Made a small initial position in BRO for some motivation to learn more about the insurance brokers.

Bought two small initial positions in MMC for some broader exposure to the insurance brokers and in ACN as part of my (IT-)Services basket.
