Agree. But I do better buying tiny all the way down.

What kind of % are you adding and how many adds until you have a position you are comfortable with?

Kind of just feel. I raised a bunch of cash in December and I would hope to be out of cash by S&P 4,800ish. So basically take cash and traunch it to buy a little more every step down until then. But I’m not going to buy anything but extremely high quality.

I also have an ideal portfolio on a spreadsheet. If one that I am way underweight to the ideal gets below target I could possibly spend a giant chunk on that as well.

dipped toes into SPSC. I think the runway is decently long and it's not too expensive for what its growing at

Bought some more today. 6.5x NTM Sales for a company growing sales at 15%+ w/ operating leverage opps and strong moat.

Do you mind sharing some of what is in the ideal portfolio?

It’s my ideal based on my limited circle of competence. Basically it’s stuff I already own but with better weightings.

Own but want more: MCO, GGG, CSWI, CSU

Don’t own and would like to own a lot: Lagercrantz

Probably here to say, 71% stop taking them after 1 year and 80% stop by year 2. Seems like a combination off issues (some which could be worked out with future advances in the segment). But there are not many who take them long term as it stands now.

True. But there's millions taking them and doing well with them. And there's better drugs coming down the pike that are even better from NVO (like Amycretin, which has an oral formulation and from prelim data appears to be even more effective than zepbound).

My guess is that many stop taking them, because they reach their weight loss goal. They may start taking them again if their weight bounced back.

Which is usually the case for many people if they don't make lifestyle changes when they get on the drug. And NVO has other durable sources of revenue beyond semaglutide.
