ourkid8 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 (edited) More CSU shares. - it’s still a small position but I will continue to slowly scale into it as the drawdown continues. Edited January 20 by ourkid8
Milu Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Seems like every poster is buying CSU shares lately. I’m curious what the historical success rate is for forum darlings like these? I’m still on the fence about the business but pricing could be getting closer to the point where you might get a margin of safety for the risk.

Valuebo Posted January 21 Posted January 21 More GTLB & CPNG leaps. Eyeing TEAM too, which is apparently going out of business as well.
Cod Liver Oil Posted January 22 Posted January 22 (edited) More Nintendo <10,000Y. I think the yen is a bigger risk than the business rn. Pokemon is a nice part of their IP portfolio. Also sold some CPNG Sept atm puts and bought some common. Parking some cash in Exor. Edited January 23 by Cod Liver Oil
LC Posted January 22 Posted January 22 I also bought a little Nintendo, agree on the yen. I kept is simply and just bought the ADR. Also some coupang options Some Fairfax - no fills at the 2200 mark this AM, thanks for nothing IBKR...

So buying options, I presume, rather than selling.
LC Posted January 22 Posted January 22 Yes mostly buying LEAPs. I did sell a few 20 strike puts settling 2028, but probably 1/4th the amount of calls I purchased. Breakeven would be like 16/sh on those if assigned, I'll take that risk. Might hedge it and buy 15 strike puts if something looks seriously sideways.

Cod Liver Oil Posted January 22 Posted January 22 (edited) Implied vol in CPNG puts is decent. Sold Sept 20s for 2.40 in non-taxables. Edited January 22 by Cod Liver Oil

Good eye, I just sold a paltry single contract for 2.50 to see if it would hit. I actually like it better than the 4.xx I got for selling the same Jan28 contract.
