Who cares about impeachment....not Trump....been there, done that....what actually matters is a Senate conviction which requires 2/3 majority.....no Senate swing math, even fantasy MSDNC I've seen gets you anywhere near the two thirds required.....Trump has zero to worry about re: impeachment.

Can anyone say “boots on the ground?” Trump just explained the war to the American people. Based on what he said, I think the chances of escalation have actually increased. I thought the purpose of the speech tonight was to do the opposite.

He’s been feeling out the market, feeling out Iran, feeling out the Fed, feeling out the media, this was bothersomely orchestrated. Prediction, he’ll escalate and then bounce in a couple weeks, leaving everyone who needs that oil to figure it out. Giving himself just enough time to rack up some wins in time for midterms.
