Because the issue is that the same characters have been falling for the media propaganda and lying about the severity of these “existential threats”…for over a decade now. I wish we had the archives to make a Wall of Shame for all the suckers who 100% scarfed down Russiagate; and then every manufactured crisis after it. Just total fools. Now, I could see sympathy if when the baton passed, this same sort of unhealthy and bizarre scrutiny carried over to the next President…..but it didn’t. They proceeded to watch a guy duck the media, trip all over himself in a literal sense, and slur off one syllable word based teleprompter speeches only to tell us, dead ass serious, it was a far right conspiracy theory that he was shot. And as if that couldn’t conceivably be topped, now those same clowns want to be taken seriously when offering up their medical assessment of “Trumps health” LMFAO…you can’t make this shit up. Im starting to get the way I was towards the end of Trumps first term. Where I really wouldn’t mind a change of scenery, only because the bitches and whiny children are just soooo annoying you just want them to go away and shut the fuck up lol. It’s fun watching them go bananas, but even that after awhile becomes redundant. Thankfully for all, midterms are 9 months away. We should get some reprieve. Alot of people didn't agree with that. I didn't want Biden...I didn't want Kamala Harris...and I definitely don't want a 2nd term of Trump. It's like all of the rabid citizens who thought the country was going to hell just voted for the lesser of two evils. And now that's what the world is stuck with...except, the lesser of two evils is pure chaos! Cheers!

How much is Stephen Miller actually running our country? I'd wager is is far more than we suspect. Yeah, I think I'd have far less of a problem with Trump if guys like Miller were no longer part of the administration. I think the world would have far less of a problem! Cheers!

I hear Trump's shot is like Bobby Hulls. Going to be a barnburner game. Drop that puck I say!

You literally were talking about how the market drop was so small it was ordinary course. And now they fell for it? For any other president, or even 8 months ago, threatening 20% tariffs on Europe would have dropped the market 5-10%. Now its 2% - and reverses the next day. And all for what? He got nothing. Not that anything was needed but all the bluster and noise and pissing off you closest allies - for nothing.

"...just be clear. We have Europe buying Russian oil ..still.. four years later! They are financing the war against themselves." For those with short attention spans, US and European allies warned Germany about relying on Russian NG all through the 2010s. Trump was merely following US foreign policy. The roots of Germany's move toward Russian NG flows from Merkel to Schroeder to the rise of the Green Party (funded by Russian money). German's Green Party is so complicit as to disqualify them from ever having a say in German domestic politics but somehow they still hold onto a share of votes. Edited January 21 by rogermunibond

[<- posted by John, the nitpicker, it's just a tiny frickle on the 'Donald solves everything' thingy!] John, I'm genuinely curious: How do people in your Country feel about Greenland? I mean let's pretend this entire brouhaha never happened. Do folks in Denmark have an affinity for Greenland and its people? What do they ultimately get, or hope to get from the relationship? Is there any resentment that they have to provide support to Greenland and do they feel they receive adequate consideration for such support? Did Greenland really even matter to most people in your Country until recently? Is the overall sentiment for Greenland any different than the way Danes think about the Faroe Islands - I think the populations are about the same.
