Saturday evening I loaded onto Cardano (ADA), Stellar Lumen (XLM), XRP, and BTC

Today:

Added to BRK.B

Added to PFE

Added to INTC

Started position in Metaplanet

What is the thought process on PFE? I’ve been looking at it but it’s kind of hard to get excited. I’m contemplating the Jan 2027 leaps.

Loading into treasuries.

My boss is bragging to me about his day trading adventures. He says he's "mapped out the next 300 days" and "if I get a 3% return each day, I'll have one million dollars."

Figure the investing gods are sending me as message to be patient and take some risk off the table. 🤣

He's starting with $141?

That's gold baby, that's the good stuff

See he's not being greedy - it's only 3% every day, no big deal

haha

Yes, apparently that is his "day trading" money.

It's super easy!

Luckily, I saw the total amount of his brokerage account, so I'll be able to see the bottom fall out when it happens. He's a good guy - and pretty smart - so this has really opened my eyes to how easily young-ish men can fall into the Reddit rabbit hole.

It's not even crypto! It's penny biotech stocks. I'm keeping a list to check their prices in a month.

PFE is very undervalued company...They just reported beat earnings.. increased guidance only issue is healthcare is really hated right now...but eventually people should see value

Well then. If he ends up losing 100% of his $141 that doesn't seem like that big a tragedy to me.

Funny how those stinker bids seem to be hitting if you let 'em marinate (BRK, NVO, whatever...) Entry points abound.

Lol. If he makes 3% per day for 295 days in a row he should pull out all his capital and raise money to start a prop trading fund.

Thank you, Jeff [ @DooDiligence ],

I have always sensed, that we have similar tastes about companies. I, for one, am really regretting never buying GOOG or GOOGL, though.

The jury is out by now with regard to NVO. Lets see how it goes.

I think I've been whining for years about being left behind on the train station with LVMH, - especially in the beginning of 2020. -When it then will meet me again now on price, -with some hair, supplementary hair, added, of course -, it is time to act.

Bought more IAC. Mainly as a cheaper option of increasing my MGM exposure as my conviction in MGM keeps going up. Today's market reaction was insane. They're trading at 87% of their MGM value + cash (ignoring everything else).

No time to tinker with low ball bids today [because of Novo Nordisk], so I made a quick decision to loosen up a bit on it, and got filled during the volatily of the day in the low end of the 450's.
