Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir taunts bound and kneeling detainees from the Global Sumud Flotilla in this footage. He waves an Israeli flag, calls them ‘terror supporters,’ and says ‘Welcome to Israel, we are the landlords.’

Canadian officials called the treatment ‘deplorable.’

What is your opinion on Israeli disgusting behaviour?

What's the big deal?

There is a strict naval blockade on Gaza via ships.

So these idiots decided to test the Israeli military - that is their own fault. What did they expect?

Everyone and their brother knows there is a blockade.

If someone has morals and humanity, that’s when you see the israeli disgusting behaviour. If you don’t have morals or humanity, you respond with, “what’s the big deal? Or khamas or whatever justification they use”   (I really feel bad for you - these are innocent individuals)

International law:

This treatment raises clear concerns under international humanitarian law. Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions prohibits “outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment” of all detainees. The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court classifies such outrages upon personal dignity as a war crime. Using bound detainees as props for political propaganda and exposing them to public mockery violates the requirement to treat detainees humanely and protect them from insults and public curiosity.

Like I said- there is a military blockade against Gaza. We all know the history of weapons being smuggled into Gaza. If humanitarian goods need to be shipped in by aid organizations- they work with Israel to get the aid into Gaza, weapons free.

So they violated the blockade.  Very stupid of them.

Classic FAFO.

Plumping is the future, but they need to redo the ad

Also, besides the pumping issue, the Soviet style propaganda is something else.

The wild thing is that every single person here would rather have Obama run Fairfax or JOE, or BRK, or any of their holdings, vs Trump.

Obama as CEO and Garland as General Counsel vs Trump and Blanche. Be honest

Yup. And that’s what the babies don’t get. All that whining? Wasteful. Save it for something that matters. Instead? You “got him” in NYC and now handed him a justifiable claim to a $2b slush fund. And to think these tools think they’re the ones playing chess! Lmfao

Well this is the problem with the left. They cared more about having a DEI VP vs someone competent and likeable. And this is why Biden was in a trap and didn’t step down in time. Just imagine if Biden’s VP was a competent person and politician. Say, Buttigieg, ignoring the gay thing for a moment. Biden would have stepped down earlier, and Buttigieg would have destroyed Trump in the general.

So yea dumb lawsuits and constantly focusing on Trump’s sexist/dumb/politically incorrect stuff dilutes the REAL issues (authoritarianism), so everyone yawn’s out of fatigue with totally blatant theft.

In a way I really respect Trump as he is a shrewd genius, going to walk out of this worth tens of billions more and never having to pay a penny of tax ever again, by taking advantage of the other side’s embarrassing dumbassary.

That must be a joke. Obama has never created anything of value.

Oh I forgot, he did kill Osama.

Yes Trump has created enormous value (for himself). This is the political equivalent of a CEO issuing himself retarded amounts of stock options screwing other shareholders.

Trump a victim like we never seen before. What a joke.

Spek, he has all of the hallmark characteristics of a victim:

  • Trump is quite sensitive and fragile
  • He's also very submissive as we've seen every TACO Tuesday
  • He's been prosecuted to no end
  • Embarrassed by the media releasing information about his private pee-pee tapes
  • The IRS has been seeking prosecution for decades
  • His father loaned him a tiny $1M in 1975...you could barely buy two penthouses overlooking Central Park for that back then
  • Constantly barraged with "nepo-baby"
  • Always disregarded because of his "bone spurs"
  • Pot shots at his intelligence because his cognitive tests are for dementia patients
  • Ridiculed for his golfing prowess...only 111 days golfing out of 487 days in office this term
  • Fought an uphill battle for his tariffs and kept losing
  • Every time he steals money through Trump Graft Inc while in office, the resulting businesses suck and die
  • His children turned out to be Eric and Don Jr...Ivanka could never make up for that!
  • His wife abuses him by not touching him or having sex with him
  • Many of his friends are disliked by most of the world...Putin, Kim Jong Un, Kanye West
  • His best friend died of suicide in prison!

If he isn't a victim, who is?!  Cheers!

Yeah, see this where I have a problem with you too Ourkid8.  I just can't see either side talking about moral high ground, when neither really knows what the definition is or why it is important to maintain.  It's just blame game over and over, f u to one, f u to another, they did this to us, but you did this to us...and on and on ad nauseum until generations have died and been jaded by everything going on.  Israel has done horrendous things at times, but the Iranian Regime is certainly not going to see their 72 virgins either.  To defend either side's abhorrent acts is ignorance.  Cheers!

What about Biden and Kamala Harris vs Rubio and Warsh running FFH, JOE or BRK?

The problem was that Obama wasn't running for President...so the what ifs don't really apply.  Obama would have beaten Trump and none of this would have ever happened.

Cheers!

Obama didn't get $1M in 1975 from his daddy.  Somehow a half black kid, from a modest family from Hawaii became the first black President of the United States and won two terms.  Oh yeah, he was also a Harvard Law School grad, first black person leading the Harvard Law Review and was made a Fellow at the University of Chicago Law School.  He and his wife are worth about $100M now, and will probably be worth $300-400M by the time they reach Trump's current age.  May not be worth as much as Trump, but Obama didn't steal a cent, rob the American taxpayer, hide his wealth from the IRS, get the IRS to never investigate him, and he wasn't friends with Epstein!  That's good enough for me!  Cheers!

Fair point on the endless blame cycle — it’s exhausting.

But let’s be specific: Please show me even one Iranian politician who posts on social media footage of foreign detainees zip-tied, forced to kneel or face-down on the ground, while personally walking among them waving an Iranian flag, taunting them, and turning it into a humiliating spectacle.

You won’t find it. The Supreme Leader and even myself won’t stand for humiliating behaviour. This kind of boastful degradation says more about the mindset than any security excuse.

Criticize where criticism is due, but the constant whataboutism and false equivalence don’t work.

I think you know, or at least surely should, that making a practice of being litigation happy and working grey areas thru bull in a china ship legalese as a business strategy, is far different than being the subject of criminal prosecutions. This is why these debates are pointless, because dishonest presentations supersede common sense. As Ive mentioned before, plenty of the same folks LOOOOVE them plenty of the Brookfield guys, whom engage in more or less the same shit.

Yeah, let's drag the Brookfield people into this exchange of <?> and give them an overhaul, too!  🙄

Come on Greg!  Plug ya some "DE" into yer forecasts for you own fav investments and have some fun with Flatt economics.  It sells and sells, and...

Oh my  ----  this morning I'm doing my yoga - so I can actually walk one month pre 72 years of age - and there's Michael Saylor!  The man puts all financial history to shame and not in a small way.  Here goes his dead serious (Does this man have the macho studmuffin man look or what???!!!):

Bitcoin is going to $21 million.

Bitcoin is going up 30% a year.

With Michael's stock MicroStrategy get yersef some 11% annual yield PLUS the assured path of Bitcoin going to $21 million.

The power meters are going to spin, spin, and spin.

Then we have SpaceX public offerin'!  And we know the AI build-out is decades from its end...although we aren't sure if there will be a return on all the spending...or whatever.  To hell with trying to determine "profit" cause "profit" ain't part of the formula.

And we are trying to discuss JOE, MSGS/MSGE, Fairfax, insurance brokers, etc?

If Bitcoin is going to be worth more than the entire stock market and SpaceX can attain a $50 trillion capitalization (of course the "Elon Way" with no profits ever considered)?

What the hell?  Is the seeking of entities with business profit no longer relevant to building wealth as Elon/Saylor have so successfully transformed us to believe?  And if FASB "earnings" are as irrelevant as Bruce Flatt says...well then...

I must admit, Trump's endless scams (A friend just sent me a list of 21 Trump scams where he's directly targeted the groups that vote for him) are nothing but small time entertainment!

It's just the mob mentality. A friend recently asked me if I "dont believe in AI" to which I replied "what do you mean"...and he basically insinuated that because I didnt suggest he own Nvidia that I had something against AI. I politely pointed out how we own Google, some ETF stuff, and last year made like 4x on Seagate, but otherwise that he's got plenty of exposure to AI, but that doesnt mean you blindly need to buy anything that claims to be associated with it, nor does it mean your path to prosperity is buying the exact same tickers all your other pleb friends are talking about. He's proceeded to start DCA-ing into NVDA....sign of the times.
