Shut up Greg! Kimmel has no photos with Trump! Cheers!

Actually Greg, I would say every President over the last 50 years has hit that list I gave. Sure, some may have straddled the line or were short one characteristic or two, but for the most part, they all respected the office. But this guy...Trump...he's short on almost every one of those objectives/ideals. Again, like Munger said, he's not wrong on everything. But he's a fucking lying ass unleashed on the world because of some Americans just saying: "Fuck it, we're going to vote for the jackass just because...just because we are tired of being the scapegoat for the "woke" agenda and we're tired of apologizing for what we have, what we want and what we deserve. So fuck you world...here's our boy, and he's going to make your life a living hell! If he does a tiny fraction of what he says, great! And if he makes your life a hell and creates chaos...that's icing on the cake!" Cheers!

Almost anyone else probably would have given the Democrats a fighting chance, but nope...they let Biden go far to long, so that there was no time to do a real search/vote for Democratic leader/presidential candidate. What did Kamala do during her tenure as Vice-President? She did less than JD Vance has so far in one year! Cheers! Nah, Trump got elected because the Democrats lost their way. Not one of the present batch would have defeated Trump.

It makes no difference whether we like it. Substance is what matters. Meaning policies. I would vote for Trump 100 times over before supporting any current Democrat contender and their destructive policies. Every policy I support is being furthered by this administration. John Hjorth Posted April 17 Posted April 17 I saw a post from you here, Charlie [ @dealraker ], that you chose to delete again. It's OK for and with me. You also posted something a short time ago in this topic about that it's impossible to make any judgements about how the US economy and the World economy will be affected by all this havoc here, there and everywhere. For the first time in a long period I actually have a bit cash available for buying stocks, and the appetite just isen't really there, so I'm taking it a bit easy right now.

Biden was probably a bit more authentic back in his 80s/90s heyday, but a scrambled egg controlled by shadow figures. Obama term 1 I'd agree, but towards the end of term one he saw that he was clearly outmatched by Romney(as a candidate) and decided to take the shuck and jive route with the identity politics stuff and term 2 was purely a "me first" president. Bush was a raging trust fund deuche who was also basically controlled by shadow groups. And Clinton? LMFAO.... At this point, it's why I dont really make an effort to vote or support any of them. I care about the three things Ive mentioned before, law and order, taxes, and keeping government out of peoples lives. On that front, Trump has undoubtedly been a success with parts 1 and 2, and on three, its at worst too early to conclude but again knowing what Kamala and friends stood for, I'd say we're still better off, especially considering he's delivered on 1 and 2. ourkid8 Posted April 17 Posted April 17 (edited) After being called an antisemite by @73 Reds I looked up the official IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism (International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, adopted by many governments including the US, Canada, and UK): “Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.” I asked an LLM(unbias)to review all my posts from the last 6 weeks against this definition and its examples provided. Here’s the summary: My posts do not meet the IHRA criteria for antisemitism: No calls for harming Jews. No stereotypes about Jewish power, media control, or collective Jewish responsibility. No Holocaust denial or comparing Israeli policy to the Nazis. No denial of Jewish self-determination (I criticize specific Israeli government policies and actions). Use of “Z******” was as a political label for certain policies or supporters — not as a substitute for “Jew.” The IHRA itself states clearly: “Criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as antisemitic.” I strongly criticize Israeli actions in Gaza (as I do with other governments in conflicts), support Iran’s sovereignty, and oppose escalation and fully stand for any country being opressed. These are political views, not hatred of Jews. If my positions are wrong, debate the facts and policies. Labeling policy criticism as “antisemitism” without evidence distorts the actual definition. Open to honest discussion. @73 Reds Edited April 17 by ourkid8

Dems can't ever accept that Trump is just a life long grifter from THEIR SIDE OF THE AISLE. They want to label him with one of the groups "on the right" they already hate. They're like used car salesmen trying to offload the lemon. End of the day Trump is for Trump and will say, and do just about anything that he feels is an advantage to him. They also want to blame the election on MAGA even though it only makes up like 30% of the voter base for Trump....fact is the political field in the US has been a shit show for over a decade now and people just want someone to blame. Go back an look at Kamala's platform....Makes a whole lot of sense to run on higher taxes, land right for for poor and indigenous people, and LGBTQ bathrooms while bringing ZERO productive policies to the table that would resonate to the average voter. All while inflation was on everyone's mind lmao .....Her and Trump were slightly different on Ukraine and had similar platforms on Israel. Dems out here wondering why Trump (a prof grifter) was able to sway a bunch of swing votes...If you want to understand election outcomes you need to ignore the educated pin heads and look at what the average person is saying. Hind sight is 20/20 and some claim they "predicted this" yet very few people who voted for Trump support half the shit that has gone down since the election.... A lesson for America to field better candidates....Or we can just keep electing criminals, grifters, whores, and vegetables
