  1. Small position of PARA 15$ jan '26 calls.
  2. Sold 25% of my BYON calls as they're up 350%. Probably selling some flowers to water the weeds.
  3. Down another 25% over the past week, starts to get interesting again?
  4. Well if that doesn't signal a top...
  5. When I looked into Bitcoin and started reading the recommended material here, I took 10% position. Not planning on increasing this simply because of risk management but will hold when it grows.
  6. Yeah it's really going on a tear... you called it.
  7. You are correct. Other than what @inofeisone mentioned, this is common for those industries. Automobile, medical, etc... their priority is reliability & robustness, not performance. No point in putting 3nm node electronics in a car if it breaks down the first time you hit a speed bump.
  8. Stock is down quite a bit on inventory corrections and the announcement of large upcoming CAPEX expenditure. XFAB is at the end of a transition from low margin commodity production to more high value/high margin products (automobil, medical, industrial...). This will also reduce the cyclibility of their revenues. In any case, worth more than a P/E of 6.5 to me as this is still a growing market.
  9. Anyone with short term options I guess...
  10. Sold half of my Prosus calls, used the proceeds for XFAB.
  11. Must have misunderstood you then, seems like we're on the same page. My bad.
  12. Well that's just it, you have to look at this correctly. Kizion's assumption that you could have an easy 36% due to the discount to NAV is wishful thinking in my opinion. Now that this is irrelevant to the thesis which is based on Ackmans performance, I agree with. Actually I have to admit that if he does buybacks, the discount to NAV is a positive thing and it might shrink.
  13. That's assuming the discount to NAV ever closes... big assumption to make in my opinion but I guess it does offer some downside protection.
  14. 20-30% for me, which is about half of what my broker allows. It's similar to what Greg said, I have sizeable positions in companies like BRK, FFH, JOE, etc... where I am comfortable these won't have huge drawdowns. Then I use margin for more speculative option positions (Prosus, PACB, UMI,...).
  15. Down over 50% since this post, hopefully not kicking yourself anymore.
  16. I'm sure that'll happen one day if I keep this up.
  17. Being happy and appearing happy are two very different things. I always joke that my wife has RBFS (resting bitch face syndrome) because she looks mad whenever she's just sitting in the couch without any distinct expression.
  18. Don't need a big house, do like a big yard though... Love lots of room outside and neighbours not too close.

  20. Thanks for the info. Try not to sit close to the doors
  21. I am curious about the positions you have added based on the advice of people here (JOE, META, RTX,....), are they substantial compared to your long term holdings?
  22. I think he just defines it as large, medium and small sized positions?
  23. Well it's approved, I already established a full position so this won't impact my position.
