Why are these royalty plays down so much recently?  Just got overheated?

I don't really know, but would suspect that it's just the oil price?  And magnified with the more expensive, volatile ones like TPL and LB.

I’m around 15% with a basket of TPL, BSM, DMLP, SBR, PBT and STR.  The last three are significantly smaller than the first three.
