Also have been using an Oura rings since they came out/ tea has no effect on deep sleep / rem readings I switch from coffee to green tea about noon everyday. I switch to water after 5pm. My average day: before noon: 2-3 cups of coffee. 12pm-5pm: 2-3 cups green tea. after 5pm: 2-3 cups water.

That’s awesome I’ll have to try… but I’m partial to the green tea shincha …. Especially with all the long term data of the health benefits behind it…… and I admit I cheat a little and add some Manuka honey in the am for a kickstart

It's ok if you add a little to your tea. Cheers!

Like you, I switch the green tea until noon - 2pm. Then water until bed. I think I've read/heard the "Why we sleep" author saying no caffeine after noon to get the majority out of your system before bed time.
