Why not just admit that this is a mental health issue for the perpetrator?  I don't even own a gun but am very much in favor of the 2nd amendment.  If guns were outlawed entirely, do you believe they would just go away?  I can go to Home Depot, buy a pallet of bricks and then stand on a highway overpass and cause havoc.  Maybe we should do background checks on everyone who shops at Home Depot.

Because even if youre legal, if you look like a foreigner you can be confronted, intimidated, threatened or arrested.  

 

Invert the question. If youre an illegal how are you going to vote and why would you do it in person?

It's only too obvious - so you got it right. ICE hanging around polling stations absolutely will eliminate illegal immigrants from voting. We all know the reason they eliminated voter verfication (real proof of citizenship) and use mail-in balloting is so they could cheat in elections.  It worked wonderfully, but now they are freaking that we no longer will use the "honor system". Oh, it's "racist" to require a valid ID!

 

But it's not racist to require a valid ID to get on a plane or withdraw money from the teller at the bank.

 

Newscum is a big joke, just not as much as my Illinois governor Priztker.

Bringing proof does not stop the threats, intimidation, harassment and confrontation.

Yeh but dwy, it’s their job to find illegals.  That requires confront people, it’s going to feel intimidating, even harassing or threatening.  It’s not an excuse for a person not to vote and it’s not a reason why ICE shouldn’t do their job.  People need to grow some skin.

All that's true but suggesting that theyre going to intentionally set up near voting booths (a very unlikely place for illegals to congregate) is voter intimidation. If youre legal and want to vote on your lunch break you dont want to have to worry about running a gamut of ICE to do it. Setting up at a voting booth is designed for intimidation and political theater.

Even the Heritage Foundation found a total of 68 cases of illegals voting in the last 40+ years. But a good cultist never lets facts get in the way of defending their cult leader.

Because that hasn't stopped people from being harassed, intimidated and arrested. 

 

Why set up at a voting booth at all?  Its just political theater. Given its our tax dollars funding ICE, shouldn't they go where they are most likely to find illegals?  That will almost never be a voting booth.

My response to that is to man up.  I just don't have much sympathy for people complaining about law enforcement doing their job.  Having to pay respect to how everyone feels and validate it is part of the reason why we are where we are.  That cuts both sides of the aisle btw.

Okay but our tax dollars are paying for it.  Setting up at a polling station is about the least efficient way of finding illegals. Its nothing but theater.

Yea….imagine this logic? Anytime anyone’s approached by law enforcement all they gotta do is be like “dude stop! You’re scaring me”….and law enforcement must retreat and maintain a 2 miles distance….

 

Im attending a college football game this weekend and look forward to seeing as much law enforcement around as possible….but maybe I’m just an outlier. Perhaps the stadium will be empty cuz everyone else will be too scared…lmfao

Then why show up at polling stations if not to intimidate and confront?  Its about the least likely and most inefficient place to try and find illegals.

It's the perfect setup for cheating. But if an ICE agent is hanging around - that will keep a lot of illegal immigrant cheaters away.

Therein lies the problem.  It is insanity that you don't have to prove who you are before you can vote in any election in this Country.  And there is no legitimate reason for it.  Again, any wonder why Trump was elected?
