I teach EE at a university that is probably >50% STEM. But I see value in STEM students getting exposure to communications, economics, philosophy, psychology, languages, etc., whatever is interesting to them. Build that lattice work of mental models. Where would we be if Claude Shannon had not taken a philosophy course as an undergraduate that talked about Boolean logic? Would technology be 10 years behind where we are today? 25 years? 50 years?

I was a teen age boy when Welch was on the big screen, wow.

When I went off to college in the Fall of 71 I stopped following hockey. So the Bobby I was familiar with was from the 60s. He and Dennis once were signing autographs at a promotion at an appliance store in my hometown. I waited forever to get their autographs. When I left the line was just as long and they stayed till everyone got an autograph.

@dealraker Go ahead and write some puts with a strike price where you wanted to purchase WFC. Kinda like a limit order you get paid for if it doesn't execute. Pretty good premiums. The 40-strike 1/20/22 puts are going for over 90 cents a share.

I have written some 43-strike puts on WFC that expire on Friday, so I may be joining you!

Nostalgia night, this was my go to in college. I probably have not had one for 30 years.

Buy them back and write january expiration puts at the same strike.

Both them back for $2.10 per share and wrote 300-strike Dec 23 expiration puts for $4.25 per share.
