Actually really bummed to hear this as your real estate ideas and rigor have been great. I just now got official posting privileges but had read only during crisis. I saw something today that said CRE vacancies are projected to be highest since 1991.  That was the best time to buy REITs since they became a thing as far as I know.

 

I'm sure you will soon be in a position that you can pretty much talk about whatever you want with whomever you want.
