You are confused because you are arguing with a person you hallucinate me to be.

Hallucinate, sure.  But not arguing.  Admiring. I find your unapologetic stance that you aren't rational--and shouldn't even try to be--fascinating.  It's like Guernica or something.

There was this hotel magnate who commissioned to get some dolphins for his hotel's swimming pool. The only place to get them was black market biologist who genetically engineered dolphins that could live forever.

Then he decided to add a few sea gulls to the pool area since that would add a more tropical atmosphere to the poolside, so he found someone who could sell him some birds.

The guy went to buy the sea gulls but the seller told him the sea gulls were still too young to travel. Being persuasive fellow the buyer got the seller to sell the infant sea gulls though.

When the guy returned to his hotel, he discovered that his son just bought two lions. And the lions were lying there sleeping by the pool entrance. So he carefully stepped over the lions to get the sea gull chicks to the poolside.

And that's when he was arrested for transporting underage gulls across sedate lions for immortal porpoises...

Excellent.

Local law enforcement have said video recordings sent in by concerned citizens prove he's clearly got a long track record of fowl play.

They refuse to confirm or deny this has anything to do with his having ridiculously tiny hands.

"("Why do they stay silent?", ask Trump fans as they try to destroy the lives of the accusers)"

Hillary needs only herself to destroy the lives of the accusers.

I still can't believe that we have these two running. While both represent fairly accurately the policies wanted by both parties, you would have a hard time picking these two characters from 300+ millions of Americans.

Cardboard

How exactly do you come to the conclusion that Trump represents fairly accurately what the Republican party wants?

First, he is a protectionist, which is just about the most anti-free market position possible.  Second, he has proposed fiscal policy (to the extent that one even exists) would result in massive deficits (i.e. cut taxes, increase military spending, 500B+ infrastructure spend, no cuts to entitlement spending, and ??B on the wall and other nonsense.  Essentially, his budget plan is like Obama's stimulus plan on steroids.

So, you are telling me that these two pretty major talking points of his campaign are in line with Republican thinking?  Do you not remember the massive fights that have happened over the last 6 years over the debt ceiling?  Does the Republican party all of sudden not care about the national debt?  Does the Republican party all of sudden not care about entitlement reform?

What's amazing is that a lot of the women who are coming forward share very similar features.  You can tell that Trump has a certain type...

What's his type?

I did, then Hillary at the end of the 2nd presidential debate. So you are implying that we both lack judgement?

I said fairly to mean generally and no, I understand that he does not fulfill the requirements of the tea party.

I think that the alignment is still pretty strong to Republican policies:

- Enforcing immigration laws

- He says he is pro-life

- Wants to grow the economy and relies on trickle down economics

- Wants to review trade deals. Congress is not in favour of TPP.

- Wants to cut taxes to corporation and individuals.

- Wants to spend more on defense.

- Wants to replace Obamacare to a private system with competition.

Of course, someone can take whatever statement he made, "extremize" it and make what I am saying look like I am a fool...

Are you saying you think Hillary has good judgement? I thought you believed otherwise.

I think she has terrible judgement in general which has led to tens of thousand of deaths in the Middle East, ISIS, a quasi war with Russia and the Iran nuclear deal. That is her accomplishment as Secretary of State. So I am really looking forward to what she can do as President...

On Trump children, I am saying that we may both have been wrong (me and Hillary) regarding Donald Trump Jr. character based on what you are finding. But, I still think that we are both right on the other two.

Now go pull some dirt on the other two kids to make us both wrong as you are perfect Mr. Left Wing.

How does pointing out some of the horrible things that Trump and his kids have said and done make me left wing?

I'm just removed enough from it all (maybe being Canadian helps?) to see that Hillary is just another politician, and that the other side will always claim that a politician is terrible. Obama was the socialist antichrist, Mitt Romney was this... McCain was that.. Kerry was, well, forget about it. And what about Bush and Al Gore? So many terrible things that they are...

But Trump is on another level. He's pure human garbage in uber-salesman form, a pathological liar and sociopathic ur-narcissist type fermenting real long-lasting trouble by encouraging all types of conspiracy theories and real hatred from one of the biggest soapboxes of all time. It's mind-blowing how he's ready to say just anything to get power (remember, he used to think he might run for president as a democrat and had many positions in the past that are the opposite of what he has now; he constantly says he never said stuff that we have on tape, etc). That's what brought me out of my apathy about politics, because some things you can't easily ignore.

Btw, as horrible as Trump is, there is a real divide between rural and city In America and everyone should pay more attention to it:

http://www.cracked.com/blog/6-reasons-trumps-rise-that-no-one-talks-about/

But Trump is not a solution to that problem. He's spent all his life being the elitest of all coastal elites, focusing all his attention on only mingling with other elites and living the most opulent city lifestyle possible, never really using his power and wealth to help these people. You think he hangs out at the bar in rural areas with the coal miners? He's just using this problem and these people to try to put himself in power because he knows they're a large block of voters that can be motivated if you promise them certain things (go back to the good old days, bring back manufacturing, stop immigration, insult the media and cultural elites, etc). It's cynical manipulation, pure and simple.

Guys, let's lay off the Trump kids.

Yes I know some brought it up that it's a great attribute of Trump that his kids are normal which was stupid since he's on the record that he didn't help raising them. Also you know you're dealing with a low caliber person when a good point about them is "well at least he didn't fuck up his kids". Yes I know that Jr. sounds like a real d-bag. Yes Ivanka looks really polished even though her husband seems to be directing a lot of the vitriol of the campaign.

However, the fact is that the kids are not running for president. Just like Bill isn't running, just like Chelsea isn't running. So let's just move on.

Did I ever mention Ivanka?

Edit: Just noticed on her Wikipedia page that in 2007 Ivanka gave $1000 to the campaign of Hillary Clinton. Interesting.

May be Liberty, meanwhile you can also dig up some data on the Attorneys who are making less than janitors that an earlier poster referred.

Scientists who are unemployed.  In last 6 months I came across two scientists unemployed for over 3 years, one with a Ph.D. with a highly ranked university.  Like this Redditt guy (this guy graduated in 2012):

And ask yourself a simple question - whats happening with our economy?  I already posted data that shows the wages today inflation adjusted are same as in 1979.  How come with all the computers, drugs, TVs and many other technologies developed primarily from US, the US worker is doing so bad?

Can you provide a single concrete example from Trump's platform that would help with that situation or income inequality?

The only times I mentioned the kids were when they made statements that related to the election or their father. Sorry but when Eric tries to justify his father's sexual assaults, that's fair game.

The guy who has numerous bankruptcies, got to where he was in good part because of inherited wealth and family businesses, and who's net worth is mostly intangible 'brand' assets, who can't stop making stuff up and contradicting stuff he said on camera, and who obviously understands nothing about science will fix all the world's problems, eh?

Ever looked up the track record of self proclaimed messiahs? He's a salesman. He's after power and fame. All his life's actions point in that direction.

Now this is dangerous. The kind of stuff that can seriously screw up countries.

But what do you do when you have an ego the size of a skyscraper and are so vain you can't ever admitt defeat? You say that you're really winning but they're stealing it from you. This kind of stuff pushed by a presidential candidate is basically calling his most ardent followers to do a civil war.

I predict that if he keeps pushing that, some people somewhere - maybe police - will lose their lives and their blood will be on his hands.

Update: the cult-like behaviour is also worrying: https://storify.com/bec2ab/jared-sexton-10-14-trump-rally
