  1. I agree with you, but maybe you missed the point?
  2. Bailey then revealed what happened during the first time he met Trump to discuss the crypto policy of its campaign. . . . the first thing he asked me was like: ‘ Hey, can bitcoin do anything about the 35 trillion dollar debt?’ https://news.bitcoin.com/trump-interested-in-using-bitcoin-to-solve-the-us-national-debt-problem/
  3. I now believe so as well. If you view politics as oppressed vs oppressor rather than good vs evil, I'll assume you've also elevated ESG metrics over profit and weigh your recommendations accordingly.
  4. You can get insurance as long as the perfume of the premium exceeds the stench of the risk . . . Poetry.
  5. About three weeks too early to answer.
  6. I thought the better criticisms: 1. There's no evidence hurricanes are increasing in frequency. 2. 7. You're probably right. The OG thread had good criticisms in the comments:
  8. Parker. Ever too hard upon great men, Mr. Marvel! Marvel. Little men in lofty places, who throw long shadows because our sun is setting: the men so little and the places so lofty, that, casting my pebble, I only show where they stand. 9. I'd most likely have given to Hillsdale if UATX hadn't come along. Or maybe UT's Civitas Institute: https://civitas.utexas.edu/. And I'd heard of the New College of Florida, but was unfamiliar - thanks for bringing it to my attention.
  10. Selfishly, I get invited to some very interesting talks.

  13. Again, the genius needs only lie in the mindsets and practices of a general..
  14. Sure, but the genius needs only lie in the six. Blind squirrel.
  15. CEOs have six primary responsibilities—setting the organization's direction, aligning the organization, mobilizing the business through its leaders, engaging the board, connecting with stakeholders, and managing personal effectiveness. Excellent CEOs lead on all six at once and act as integrator across it all. https://www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/mckinsey-live/webinars/the-mindsets-and-practices-of-excellent-ceos Technical skills don't rank.
  16. History's greatest generals weren't its greatest soldiers!!
  17. Economic value: Bitcoin's computational network is doing the single most important computational work in human history, which is it is protecting economic value. There is nothing else in the world that protects economic value like this.
