Sentiment toward multifamily housing also remains much more positive as rents continue to rise, one reason why Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust had a positive return in February even as rising numbers of investors lodge withdrawal requests. The availability of agency-backed loans will help owners of those properties when they need to refinance. it will be interesting to see if this area holds up for the next few years… Being in west palm beach right now… I think the low tax sunbelt areas will continue to do well.

Agree and these are the same people who did not support Trump when he wanted to top offf the spr in 2020

Javier Blas @JavierBlas · 1h The 'let's take this one day at a time' about refilling the SPR has transformed into a 'sorry but not in 2023'. US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm speaking today: "This year it will be difficult for us to take advantage of this low [oil] price [to refill the SPR]" Sometimes i really do not like this administration

Both Peter Thiel and George Soros got a philosophy degree in college....But I digress.....high school options \say in the 9th or 10th grade\ to start on a vocational \apprenticeship pathway\ partner up with local and national businesses... I agree that many kids don't need formal liberal arts education if they chose vocational pathway. optionality to help chose a pathway...the military is starting to get it... https://www.npr.org/2022/09/08/1121869407/the-armys-recruiting-is-falling-short-so-now-its-taking-a-different-approach

https://www.wsj.com/articles/more-students-are-turning-away-from-college-and-toward-apprenticeships-15f3a05d While I respectfully disagree with the liberal arts\humanities crap comment... I've always been a proponent of " real life" education starting in high school... vocational\ apprenticeship options as well as financial education for the masses. Especially with the poor immigration policy this country has.

I kinda agree... they sold low and they might be buying higher next year. And this administration wants to buy it in the 60's so they look good.
