Political attempted suicide at this point. I think the Democratic Socialist movement might manage to seize defeat from the jaws of victory (for the Democrats at midterm elections that is). I think the jury's still out, and if the Democrats ran some moderates, they'd sweep the election. On the other hand, if Democrats ran moderates, I don't think Trump would have gotten elected anyway. 

 

I think the American electorate overall dislikes progressives, and then all of the sudden, the democratic socialists make the progressives look like the "middle". 

 

Unfortunately for our two party system, the Democratic Party seems to be pushing further and further towards the extreme left, and the GOP has managed to eliminate most MAGA dissenters as well. Probably why we have 45% of voters  as independents now, unfortunately they are held hostage to the primary elections of the other 55% of voters.

As you guys profile the typical Trump Trump's all I can say is that when he is in charge all things turn out the same way, a huge mess.  And he always takes a nice paycheck while the chaos continues.

 

Mr. Market is Trump's salvation, a huge portion of US people are watching this comedy show while monitoring their 401K's moment by moment.  Nothing is going to change, count on it, until Mr. Market decides he's tired of going up and wanting to do something else.

 

Enjoy the show.  While doing so you may also want to conceptualize something that you all intuitively know for certain, that even those with rings in their noses being led by Trump know.  What is it?  You all know that Trump does not want anyone but himself to succeed, he is not "for the US" he is for Trump and only Trump.  He does not plan to leave the US in good  condition when his time is up, he's going to tell you that this fucking place is doomed to failure because he's not going to be available to "lead" you.

 

Trump despises others including his believers, that's him to the bone.  It may be fun to think "Well the libs are getting their asses beat" and whatnot but it is coming at a huge cost to all things the conservatives deem their core beliefs.  Once you are on the Trump bandwagon it is nearly impossible to get off, the addiction to rage and revenge is too exciting.

 

Watch finances people.  I've been telling you for years that Trump is Trump, that money is free and debt is to be ignored and defaulted upon...that is simply Trump's core belief- that you fuck the creditors.

 

And please stop with the "well you know I support this clown because his policies..."   Really?

 

Sanjeev's list above?  Gunna get to a list of thousands.  Trump can take a rubber hammer to a steel anvil and make a believer out of you.  He always does the same thing to every single thing he touches.  

 

My guess is Trump is starting to feel like he either won't live too much longer or that his power is waning a bit.  Now this is going to motivate him to do some really cool stuff.  Look for heightened entertainment of the extreme style!
