You have Biden, Harris, Newscum, JP Priztker, etc...not one solution in the bunch... support trans, castrating kids, open borders, climate change garbage, etc. No effort to fix any of it. And now supporting Iran, praying for a Trump failure! It's glorious. The party of losers.

The problem isn't the new ideas it's the complete lack of competence that ends up leaving the problem worse than before. Imagine putting two real estate developers in charge of your middle east planning and then being surprised when it's completely screwed up.

Most of them have never accomplished anything in their lives other than politics and they are largely supported by people who have no desire to accomplish anything but Kumbaya and feigned moral superiority. Just sad.

I mean, there are some really bad actors in the World but you all just want to focus on one individual who rents space in the White House. Where is the anger and dismay on the Left for the truly despicable? Oh wait, they don't fit the narrative. It's not that they don't fit the narrative. If the United States is the paragon of virtue, then you have to trust that character and responsibility that comes with it. Why lie to the American people over and over? Why lie to the world over and over? Why attack those that you purport to protect...your own citizens and those that disagree with you? Why bypass the guardrails put in place by generations and leaders ahead of you to protect the Democracy? These are the things that really bother me! The fact that it doesn't bother you or others...or you suggest that the greater cause is greater than preserving the Democracy...that's venturing into dangerous waters that destabilizes the country and what it was built on! Cheers!

There were no way to recover from the situation timely! - But I found out what vase she wanted! - So I'll have to start there! The vase she wanted was sold out by then at Living Flowers, - later found out where to get in a high end shop in Århus, Jutland! - Where I'll buy it for her! Ramping up on getting all my book piles, magazines, annual reports etc. everywhere in the living room [, which have been driving her crazy!] in order in a new shelf [<- has been going on for some time], cooking dinners to her, asking 'anything you want?' [<- dangerous question to ask, one may not like the response, if it's 'a new hubby'], ramping up on buying sandwiches for her for lunch and such. Hugs and other kinds of appreciation means much more for her than stuff! LOL! Aha, it was the vase she wanted, thus the off-color humor which was extremely funny! Now you know better. Get the vase! Or better yet, probably take her on a trip and fancy dinner. Cheers!

Same with the retarded Hunter Biden and Kennedy clan! Cheers!

Cheers! That's a lot of words for..... nothing? Politicians say and do things all the time. You call them lies and attacks. I see them differently. Again, Trump was elected to change and disrupt. He didn't ask anyone's permission but US voters. Constantly making mountains out of mole hills only reflects a lack of perspective. Yours, not his or mine. You evidently could have cared less that the US was on a path to [worse than] nowhere under the prior Administration. But your vote doesn't count. Complaining about every utterance and act only reinforces the notion that its all in your perspective as opposed to reality. The reality is a stronger US is better for the World. Feel free to disagree but when most of our allies are essentially feckless someone has to take a stand and its the US pretty much every time but only with the right guy in charge. That Fatwa has now been eliminated with a more hand lined individual. Ali Khamenei, the late Supreme Leader of Iran, has maintained a long-standing position, often referred to as a "fatwa" or religious decree dating back to the mid-1990s and officially announced in 2003/2005, declaring the development, production, and use of nuclear weapons as haram (forbidden) under Islamic law, arguing they are weapons of mass destruction. Well, if you actually believe this, I can't help you

Yeah you want people like those who lead Europe to be in charge of the U.S. Well, that hasn't happened and the U.S. has diverged in a positive direction from Europe the past 15 years. People who are educated with "advanced degrees" are often poor leaders. I'd rather have people with real world experience ("doers") than people with a bunch of degrees running stuff. The results in Europe demonstrate that. Plus, these days they're handing out degrees to any idiot

Im talking about experience and background and ability. Having people with real world experience would be wonderful. We have a TV host and national guard member leading the military. We have real estate developers who have no official capacity for the govt leading our middle east negotiations. We have people who have done favors or pledged unconditional support for Trump being placed in meaningful positions. Hell, Erika Kirk was just nominated to the Board of the Air Force Academy!!! Again, things that most people agree are desirable are getting screwed up royally and made worse because of loyalty over competence.

I won't ask you to define "asshole" because you don't like answering questions ("what is democracy built on?"); fair enough. But maybe this dialogue will help you decide to do away with this thread once and for all. I get plenty of practice with friends and family over drinks and cigars so conversations like this are somewhat superfluous and nobody's mind is being changed anyway and your complaints about everything Trump largely fall on deaf ears other than a few like-minded posters who read like AI companions. What say you?

What say you? I have no problem answering questions. I think what you are accusing others of is exactly what you are guilty of...the same hubris. You have every right to engage or disengage, but you definitely like to engage...you can't help yourself. When you assume I'm not answering a question, it's because frankly, I'm trying to disengage from all of this. In terms of doing away with this thread, it would only lead you and others (on both sides) to post elsewhere and pollute the entire board. The irony is we never had this problem before Trump was elected the first time. It wasn't like-minded individuals here either. If the time comes where I feel the need to purge the board and some of its membership...I'll do it. But it's the last thing I want to do since it reduces the exchange of ideas. So, getting rid of the thread isn't a viable solution...it would be something far more drastic!
