You need to broaden your news sources.  The shooter was never a former member of staff. He was one of thousands of unpaid political committee appointments (from both parties) and even that ended years ago.

 

Walz did not remove any statements.

 

The guys roommate said he voted for Trump and was very anti abortion and he preached against gender roles years ago.  He had a manifesto and 70 name hit list of democrats.

 

Stick with blaming everything on Biden or at least wait until real facts come out.

Okay, yes he was.  As one of literally thousands of similar unpaid committee appointments that exist in every state and across parties. And he put "no party affiliation" in the paperwork for it.  It means nothing. He wasnt asked to babysit or come over for thanksgiving.  And he voted for Trump so hardly a democrat.  Stick to actual facts.

How about we cut Medicaid and snap and then institute a federal VAT? How about a federal VAT on imported goods?  
 

On its face it seems like a solution to the issues raised by @Blake Hampton but somehow I feel like that’s not the spending he wants cut or the taxes he wants raised.

I was simply responding to Parsad's accusations, when, in fact - the actual facts were being ignored. That he was an Walz appointed member and his wife worked for Walz and that that Tampon Tim removed his politically charged tweets.

 

It remains to be seen what the motive was - but the "facts" are not a good look.

And the "facts" are important.

 

So, we will see what unfolds over the next few days. And I'll reserve judgement until then.

 

Let me say, I am not accusing the wife of being involved in murder.

Towards the end of Trump 1, I said I thought Biden would win, and I honestly didn't mind it, because I dont believe that any president really has that much control over the variables in my life. Ive so far, been better off under democrats. When Biden won, all I said was that folks legit elected a retard. And we were all told that Bidens cognitive declare was a far right conspiracy theory. Other than that? I really just got on with my life. From the second it became clear Trump had a chance to get in again, the same widespread circus bullshit from the same sources came back 10 fold. I mean, even when it was clear as day he was the victim of an assassination attempt...remember how MSM refused to call it that? Because they thought it would help him? The "let's make Kamala "brat" campaign"...the "Harris is up in Iowa" attempt to influence the election? And then starting on literally Jan 20...the usual suspects turned it up again. Recall it "Trumps fault" that a couple planes crashed a few days into his term? 

 

So yea, there's people on both sides playing the same games, but the widespread root of the problem is the need for many, especially ones whom are capable of knowing better, creating these constant situations where we all need to get up in arms and behave as though our existence is being threatened. And that largely comes from one side. Like just look, there's millions of brainwashed idiots out there this weekend, thinking they are protesting a "king" LOL. Get a life.

@Red Lion A VAT would be too regressive for Blake.  The issue of course is that it is easy to criticize but when it comes to proposing workable ideas all you generally hear is crickets.

Let’s just give all of the money to owners, and hope that they’ll eventually pass along some of the profits.
 

For context, I adamantly believe in both markets and capitalism, and I also think I’m one of the most financially intelligent people I know (in real life). I love studying business, Buffett, markets, etc, and I also know that I’m a money hoarder. I primarily see things in terms of cost: If I can cut costs, I can save more money.

 

The people at the top are no different. They hoard the wealth, and it does not trickle down. Reaganomics is the biggest pile of horse shit ever sold.

Its the whole idea that someone who doesnt agree with you must be a moron or an idiot.  I hated a ton of stuff that Biden did and support some of the topics Trump is acting on (just think the way its done is incompetent).  And during Biden the Fox News crowd was railing on everything just like that anti-Trump crowd is now.  

 

Protesting against something you dont agree with is as American as apple pie. Doesn't make you brainwashed or a moron. If 10m people use their saturday to protest and make a statement, maybe theres a grain of concern in there. And phrasing it that way is what's more decisive than just disagreeing
