This post should be "who is not paying a special dividend".
One company I used to own, CTM Media, plans to pay all of 2013's dividends before the end of this year. I thought that may be a little aggressive but then I saw Seaboard plans to pay the next 4 years worth of dividends before the end of this year.
Well, at least this was caught early...one of the guys in South Africa
misappropriated approximately $128,000 of cash and paid back $40,000 already.

Congrats to the folks still long PRXI...the operating business is actually profitable per today's earning release and they announced a non-binding letter of intent to purchase the artifacts for $189 million.
Lots of questions though on how the possible sale will be constructed to minimize taxes and how the proceeds will flow to shareholders.

Probably no way that the court would approve something like that though.
