Ok..this plan seems reasonable and I agree with Sanjeev about adding some board members. I'll vote a yes on my token shares and maybe add in the future.

Short piece in the WSJ on Gabelli, found this quote ironic "What is more, Mr. Gabelli's compensation package has been a severe drag on earnings. In 2008, Gamco's assets fell by a third and net income totaled $25 million. Even so, Mr. Gabelli received $46 million in cash compensation, 13 times as much as the second-highest-paid executive."

Thanks Gabelli for not going along with Biglari's compensation proposal...I have a feeling we will see a revised proposal as I don't believe he will get the votes..Do 51% of the shareholders have to vote yes?
