  1. Pretty sure that's what we're all doing.
  2. Makes me want to buy PSH though, the macro plays are where he actually makes a difference, with of without fear mongering.
  3. Added to BAC and BRK today, started a position in KKR.
  4. I'm waiting for the COBF effect to wear off and get it a bit lower.
  5. Well I'm 50% cash now... but the money was recently acquired, I'll spend it asap! I'm sure there are some people good at timing the market, as rare as they may be. I have proven many times I'm not, with exception of march 2020 but that was too obvious.
  6. Battery recycling companies is one option.
  7. Fortunately no we moved to a bigger place with bathroom & bedrooms on the ground floor (for our handicapped daughter). I decided to increase the mortgage amount/time to 500k 25y fixed at 2.89%. Relatively 'cheap' loan allowing me to free up more capital to invest. We have automatic indexation of salaries here in Belgium so inflation is gradually wiping away the loan.
  8. Sold my house yesterday. Will be adding about 150k in proceeds to my portfolio so I'm going bargain shopping over the next months.
  9. But it takes balls... not easy to do. Have been personally more successful using that sentiment to 'sell high' rather than 'buy low', for some psychological reason, selling just feels safer.
  10. Ah respect, as a Belgian we consider it very important to drink a beer from it's own proper glass! I always have this one in house, works great in a stew as well! Below is my favorite one, quite expensive to be honest but it's dark beer that has been aged on whiskey barrels, giving it a delightful wood flavor touch you typically find in red wine.
  11. Have been keeping an eye on overstock, trying to 'hit the bottom'. So far glad I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
  12. 2013 8% 2014 25% 2015 -20% 2016 40% 2017 -26% 2018 -17% 2019 20% 2020 -5% 2021 47% 2022 -4% Basically lost my O&G profits on BABA and some crypto gamling (really should stop doing those things). Overall still happy I beat the S&P.
  13. When the S&P starts to become more dominated by tech stocks that typically have higher P/E values due to growth expectations, is it still correct to compare with historical Shiller PE values? Would we not expect higher values to be the norm?
  14. Up 10% YTD, though down 10% from ATH in March. Pain level 2 (yeah should be zero but I'm really kicking myself for my BABA calls). Fully invested. Have a huge cash flow coming in early next year from a house sale which will double my existing portfolio. So I'm really hoping we get a huge drop by then. ^^
  15. 90min seems long though, I typically do about 40-45min for a starting strength routine. I'm 34 though
  16. Love surfing but no place to do it around here... I make do with padel (the racket sport), indoor football and drinking with friends. Yes yes spending time with my family also
