I disagree here. I spend time telling others because for the first 9-years I was on your side of the argument. Until I realized I was wrong. 

 

Bitcoin doesn't need me proselytizing and convincing one or two people to accept it. It'll continue with, or without me, doing that. I just hope to be able to help someone else realize they were were as wrong as I was - before it's too late to matter. 

 

Call it an act of charity. Because the price of BTC, and my net worth, is wholly unimpacted by me convincing you.

You are right but I would add the power to tax the best and largest economy- thus all Americans and American businesses support it along with the worlds most powerful military.

 

If these conditions were not met I would be total agreement with you.

 

this was in reference to the comparison with USD.

Possible as I am wrong on many things and can’t know everything.

 

But I am never as sure as others because I recognize how little I understand and know.

This is actually foolish, since it does not take into account the social costs of lost jobs, national security concerns - your pharmaceuticals for instance produced abroad.  To be clear, I am generally not a supporter of tariffs, nor do I think tariffs should have been applied to Canada, (agree re Mexico), but this cavalier attitude of only idiots like tariffs is wrong.
