Halk Bank is 51% state owned, so there is certainly a risk of it being used to enact fiscal stimulus, especially given the weak economy and recent political unrest. rukawa Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 They are probably not the most hated....but I really am starting to warm to traditional natural gas producers like Encana. They have been hammered due to low gas prices which I think are unsustainable. I guess this depends on what you believe about Shale Gas.
