I have a friend that recently retired from the RCMP. He was on the anti-terrorist task force. He told me that many people are not screened at our border. People come from war torn countries with no passports, get waived in. He said the border agents had such high quotas the past two years that they had no time to screen people. I'm surprised that a terrorist attack hasn't occurred in Canada. It would be easy to do.

Not sure how this will work as I doubt any private money will go into this with the clowns we have in Canada running the show. I wouldn't put a dime into this. The government will probably have to build it and then sell it to a private firm once its done. It will cost way over budget and take a lot longer to build.
