FFH share price gets no respect at all from good earnings report last week or sell-side analysts' consensus target price of C$2,000/share. Well, simply let management buy back more shares at lower prices, right? Prem Watsa is 20 years younger than Buffett, thus we expect another 2 decades of compounding before he reaches Buffett's current age. Long live to all value investors!

Dear all intelligent value investors: Last year when oil was at $48, http://finance.yahoo.com/quote/USO?ltr=1 was trading at $18 and now oil is at $53 and USO is only $11.75. Also, when gold was at $1,300 more than 3 years ago, http://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NEM?ltr=1 was trading at $33 and now gold is $1,160 and NEM is trading at the same level. How does each make logical sense? Or how do you explain it? Please enlighten me... Yours truly, Puzzled

The best way to understand China is to simply visit China and witness the transformations (good and bad) over the last 3 decades with your own eyes before making a judgement. And if one visit isn't enough, then go there every year or even every month to see the changes!

What's Berkshire's cost? Also, do you have the figures for QSR, also a major Berkshire investment, right? :)
