  2. Picked up some more $PSTH.
  3. I've trimmed many of my REIT names, especially office, but I have a hard time letting more go. The way I see it is even if the "easy" money has been made already, these REITS continue to offer mid-high digit yields at "reasonable" valuations. I'm not sure where to deploy the new capital. Yeah, I know I could just hold cash but I don't think I can trust myself to "time" the market that well.
  4. All good points. For me, I just need to have a bit of money in the "game" before I can actually follow it and start doing the work. Before buying BTC and ETH last year, I hardly ever looked at anything crypto-related. These are still small allocations but I'm learning a lot more now. It's just how I work.

  21. I agree. From what I read about him, he seems like a great person with a good heart. Truly upstanding person. Would I invest my money with him? No. It's not more complicated than that.
