What I'm personally experiencing and living in, locally, here in Denmark, appearing to me seem very contradictory. Up-up-up! - And at the same time lots of concerns, talks about bubbles..

 

Consumer confidence right now in the hole, while finanncial indicators actually look pretty good.

 

Within the last two-three years, I've got nothing less then three cards revoked, simply because of no activity on the accounts. [Hard to spend money, if your home is also your jail, because of incurred health issues.] First time it happened I recall I got really grumpy [considering it somehow condecending, patronizing]. Then, afterwards finally and gradully realizing it is a just a part of banking game, going on constantly. It's about actual capital requirements for the financial institution makiong the card available, generating absolutely no income - no recurring fees on those cards, now revoked - So down the drain John went!

 

Credit isen't low hanging fruit around here locally, and it hasen't been, since GFC.

 

-So, new bookmarks available by the revoked cards, & *shrug*!
