Boards do very little work rubberstamping management party line and collect big bucks for it. Qualifications? Qualifications for board is a joke. There are maybe handful of companies that take qualifications for board seriously (see Constellation Software).

 

Let's spread the free big bucks that were collected by golf circuit white males to women and minorities. It won't be worse than it is.
