There is a dark, dim side in history about the relations between Denmark and Greenland, that Danes [, including I] today aren't proud of, I can assure you. This IUD story mentioned by you is true in all it dread, horror. It makes me cringe. Imagine this was carried out by persons who had taken the Hippocratic oath. I think all involved women still alive have been compensated with DKK 300 K by the Danish state. [DKK 300 K is a bit less than USD 50 K.] I don't know if any of the women compensated have taken legal steps to test the compensation size in the Danish court system, but I sincerely hope they all together do it, honestly. How does one measure in money a compensation for being deprived of your ability to get kids while young because of something like this?
