Any recommendation?

Mortgage REITs are popular with retail investors.  NLY and AGNC had abnormally large volumes today.  Most muni closed end funds have seen jumps in their discounts to NAV lately (these are also popular with retail).  I have been buying DSL.

I guess what you want to discuss is the candidates that may be subject to heavy selling for tax purposes at the year end so that we can take adv of and buy some of them ?

Any recommendation?

Rocky mountain dealerships, symbol RME. Could be a tax loss candidate.

Company has an ROE of 19%, trading under 10 times earnings.

I wasn't aware of this security, but it's now on my watch list.  Here's a panel discussion involving specialists in CEF's that happened about a month ago.  They discuss end of year selling, along with other topics.

It's that time of the year again. I guess IBM could be nominated again.

I'm watching GM as well. Anyone looking at anything else partly because of this tax loss selling effect?
