For probably about 25 years we had 3 tax returns that were part of the CPI. One was a partnership and two were individuals. About the time the article states we were told they no longer wanted the costs of the returns.

Don't forget there could be a period of "stagfaltion"

Listening to a broker, when I made my first Keogh payment and told him to buy 10 shares of BRK (no a's or b's at that time) and he convinced me that I didn't know what I was doing and 600+ was too much for any stock. Since that time I listen to brokers, but only for a contrarian indicator.

I like Lojack (lojn) have a bunch but am waiting for annual report before buying more. Nick (Nicholas Financial) looks like a possible, I believe Tiddman mentioned this one a while back.

If Berkshire is downgraded, what is the "true" rating for the USA and all the debt we (and our kids, grand kids, and great grand kids) have taken on. When the foreign investors decide that they don't want these debt instruments, we will get the "most unfair" tax of all = inflation. IMHO

Shouldn't some of these characters be in the "graybar hotel?????

Is there anyway to get the "daily recap" that the old board sent out each day? I miss that feature.
