  15. Fairfax being Fairfax it wouldn't be out of possibility to dip below 1.3x book, or 1.2 or even lower. Fat pitches can gain weight and stay that way for a bit of time. I know we are all long term-ers, but sometimes short term stuff comes up. Anyway, let's see what Brett Horn has to say.
  16. How outrageous? Like a lot of stock based compensation outrageous? The CEO is part of buyout, presumably he approved of the compensation levels ...
  17. This is the plot of Get Out! Jokes aside - current reality vs belief that things will improve vs sometimes not remembering how things are different for others.
  18. You beat me to the joke about Prem being a lurker here! You might check the folks following you too! =P
  19. I assume the KW debt would be more like non recourse to the property anyway? edit for clarity
  20. Does this mean there's a dilution when they convert? The partnership shares do have a sunset, that's the upon transfer part, right?
  21. So does this mean that the Tax Receivable Agreement and dual class share structure does mean anything?
  22. I thought mid December was the rally for the years favorite to show the good stocks the managers own. Doesn’t necessarily help the unloved, but that’s what the lore says.
  23. Can someone elaborate on what RYAN's Tax Receivable Agreement and dual class share structure means? I try to avoid messy corporate set up like that, but sounds like it's not uncommon in some of these companies. Thanks.
  24. This is scary!
