  3. Poor social awareness could be misinterpreted as directness coming from a blunt southern tool.
  4. Can't accept drum and bass, we need jungle I'm afraid
  5. I have my moments of clarity My beard's got a lot of grey in it, but the topside is still brown. Sideburns have barely greyed up at all. Just lucky I guess.
  6. The influx of capital into Florida has been crazy. A neighbor (one canal over from me), just sold their place for a crazy valuation. I'ma hold tight. Maybe someday Santa will bring me a big bag of money. I'm of the same opinion as the majority here regarding inflation and investing. I'm practically all in but with zero leverage. I sleep very well. I do worry about affordability, but not for myself.
  7. The truth is, there's no Santa Claus. https://www.salon.com/2018/02/12/thom-hartmann-how-the-gop-used-a-two-santa-clauses-tactic-to-con-america-for-nearly-40-years_partner/
  8. Nah, affordability is just a hoax.
  9. Great article. I like his analogy of supply and demand happening simultaneously and the distorted signals it generates.

  11. "For multi-entity policyholders in emerging industries like cannabis, the gap between who pays premiums and who actually appears on the named-insured schedule can become a coverage flashpoint. And the duty-to-defend analysis, as always, turns on what the complaint alleges, not what actually happened — a distinction that continues to catch insurers off guard." https://www.insurancebusinessmag.com/us/news/workers-comp/court-rules-berkshire-hathaway-must-defend-trulieve-in-cannabis-worker-death-suit-570873.aspx
  12. Someone recently asked me what a meme was. It's really interesting when you dig in. We're being hacked by bad actors. Reminds me of the cyberpunk novel "Snow Crash" by Neil Stephenson . Imagine the possibilities when we get to AGI. I'm hoping they're benevolent and do a big rug pull on malignant human agents.
  13. This shit fittin' to get juicy. https://bekahdayyy.substack.com/p/a-message-from-amanda-the-epstein The magat's will try to deflect but eventually the chicken's gonna come home to roost.
  14. As the great Chinese philosopher Hu Flung Pu once said, "He who cooks carrots and peas in the same pot is very unhygienic"
  15. Does anybody else find it curious that Israel is not a NATO country?
  16. In case you missed it. This is funny because now they're using the epstein files to distract from the war.

  18. I rest my case.
  19. Dude's getting gang banged by just about every foreign leader out there. His base are the only one's too dumb to recognize it for what it is. It's a mixed bag of his own stupidity and leveraging evidence that he's a pedo. What goes around comes around. I hope he lives long enough for all this shit to catch up with him in a hilariously humiliating way.
  20. LOL, what a childish troll. Is that all you got?
