I was just informed from a friend of mine that he recvd a spam email from my Smazz yahoo account. He said there was nothing in the subject line but that there was a link to a visualipd com and wordpress ext. I apologize if anyone on this board got that one - if you were in my yahoo address book. I dont know how they do these spam things but its a yahoo account so im thinking maybe theyve done this to other yahoo accounts. Yahoo has seemed pretty good at catching spam but... funny thing is I even got an email from me to me ::) Sorry P.S> SPAMMERS MUST DIEEEEEEE >:(

Geithner urged Congress to raise the debt limit "in order to protect the full faith and credit of the United States and avoid catastrophic economic consequences for citizens." Republican leaders in the House have said they won't raise the debt limit unless the Obama administration first agrees to big spending cuts or to steps to lower the debt over the long run. Which way is this baby going to rock?

Has Patrick Byrne made any of those interesting videos/presentations lately. Personally Im not/have never been a direct investor of OSTK but i did enjoy alot of his commentaries on these subjects.

I agree however the free market seemed to work for those taking the avg joes hostage. Nothing free about that. Something needs to change there. Why such swift action on Silver? I dont know, commodities are not my gig but you know how much $ has been taken out of the avg working persons wallet by this "free" system? Not impressed.

I really dont see anything wrong with they this forum is run currently. People, you have to realize, when you involve yourself in a somewhat open internet forum it isnt like going to a members only club that you have to pay for. If someone is derailing threads, thats one thing - im sure some of you bring this up with Sanjeev but if its just someones opinion you dont like - especially if it differs from yours, then an open forum is prob not your cup of tea. Having said that, some posters on here like to write long winded thesis type posts, others like to just put down their thoughts at that particular time - sometimes a combo of both. Lets try not to take ourselves to seriously ;)

Who remembers the obvious "short sellers" that were on the board that preceded this one? Boy, some of you people would have needed therapy if you are around then lol.. having said that, I didnt have any real interest in the LVLT thread because its not on my radar so I obviously missed some entertainment there - going by what ive been reading here.
