I have a green egg as well.I use it all the time.Here is a S.C. mustard sauce I use on pulled pork and chicken.Has very little sugar and is very good. 3⁄4 cup yellow mustard 3⁄4 cup cider vinegar 1 tablespoon light brown sugar 1 1⁄2 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper 2 teaspoons louisiana hot sauce (to taste)

I'm 53 and sold my company but they offered me the opportunity to continue running it.I accepted because I would rather stick a fork in my eye than play golf everyday or go to Florida all winter.The money is one thing but for me it was be able to go to work after I got the big payout.I hope they let me do this for another 10 years at least and I don't need a job I could retire if I wanted but I just don't know what I would do.Cheers
